Program Overview

Duration: 6 Months

Eligibility: Recently qualified candidates in trades such as plumbing, joinery, roofing, bricklaying, or electrical work

Program Structure

First 3 Months – Training Phase (Unpaid)

Work closely with experienced professionals on active job sites

Develop practical skills in your chosen trade

Receive travel allowance to support your commute

Participate in health & safety training and job shadowing sessions

Next 3 Months – Paid Probation Period

Begin working on live projects under supervision

Receive a monthly salary during the probation

Regular performance reviews and guidance

Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion
